Appointment Policy
In the best interest of time management, we operate using scheduled time slots. If you would like to schedule a checkup or test for your pet, please call in advance and our gracious office staff will help you to select a convenient time for an appointment.
Of course, not all visits can be scheduled, and if you experience an emergency during our regular business hours we will do our best to accommodate you as fast as possible. Please try to give us a call as soon as you are able if you must make an unscheduled visit.

Patient Arrival Policy
We ask that all pets be restrained while they are in the waiting room. This means that they should be leashed, harnessed, or crated– for both their own safety and the comfort of our other clients and patients.
Payment Policy
We must insist that all payments are made in full at the time of the appointment. If you would like to call in advance for a price estimate to budget your expenses, we are more than happy to assist. We also accept CareCredit®, learn more here.
If you have pet insurance, please call your insurance provider or familiarize yourself with your plan policies before your scheduled appointment to avoid any surprises.
